Work With Me

Work With Me

This is not therapy.
This is not a 12-step alternative.
This is structured behavioural change.

It is built on structure, regulation, and accountability — not motivation.

This is for men who are ready to take full control of their behaviour and build stability that lasts.

This is not for everyone.

If you are looking for motivation, quick fixes, or surface-level support, this is not the right fit.

The Container

This is a 12-week coaching container.

You will work with me weekly.

You will apply structure daily.

Progression is based on demonstrated stability — not time.

You will not be guessing what to do or relying on motivation.

You will follow a system designed to stabilise behaviour, increase capacity, and create direction.

The Standard

This is the baseline expected inside the Primal Recovery container.

What’s included

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching calls

  • Daily structure and behavioural tracking

  • A system to stabilise behaviour and manage stress in real time

  • Clear progression across the Pathway

  • Direct accountability when standards slip

  • Weekly review and feedback on your data

  • Ongoing support between sessions (within defined boundaries)

What this builds

  • Consistent daily behaviour

  • Control over stress and internal states

  • Clearer thinking and decision-making

  • Stronger boundaries and relationships

  • A defined sense of direction

Support between sessions is structured — not unlimited.
Boundaries are set to maintain consistency and focus.

Progression only occurs when stability is demonstrated — not assumed.

This is built through repetition, structure, and standards — not intensity.

Investment

This is a 12-week coaching container.

Investment: £1,500

Payment can be made upfront or in 3 monthly instalments.

This is a commitment to building stability — not a short-term solution.
